A person appears only in the very moment they themselves show up: the app offers no feature that lists all users in a directory for anyone to browse one by one, and other people can read you only within the slice they are looking at themselves, from behind the meetups that have already surfaced. Someone who has only filled in a Persona and never published a meetup will not be read out in any field on the screen.
You keep control of your social boundaries at all times. If you run into any inappropriate behavior, you can block that person directly or report it to us.
You are responsible for the records you initiate in this app, including the content you publish, your requests, your reports and your blocking actions.
From co-working over coffee to spontaneous conversation, we stand for sincere and equal exchange, and we stay clear of sales pitches and unwarranted harassment.
NomadX uses on-device local storage technologies to implement its core features.
NomadX integrates no third-party behavioral tracking component, and it does not send your usage statistics, crash data or diagnostic data off your device; the app may keep diagnostic records on the device for troubleshooting, and we see them only when you take them out yourself and give them to us.
Local records on this device are kept until you delete them, uninstall this app, or clear the app data on the device.
NomadX is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by the law of their location and by the platform rules, generally thirteen years of age or above. We do not ask you to submit a date of birth or identity documents, and we do not set up an age-verification process.
This App helps you discover and start public meetups. Meetups take place offline and are organized and joined by the attendees themselves: we do not organize, supervise or guarantee any in-person meeting, and we do not verify attendees’ identity, age or intentions.
The location authorization is effective only while this App is in use; this App does not request background location access and does not continue to read your location after you leave this App.
The calendar is write-only: this app does not read your other appointments in your calendar and does not modify existing events.
This app does not require you to provide an email address, a phone number or an identity document, and it never requests your email address from Apple.
